14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
Customers may return eligible items within exactly 14 days of receipt for a refund. No reason is required. The 14-day period begins on the date the customer receives the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts are not eligible. The buyer completely bears all return shipping costs. Hiu Yin Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Hiu Yin Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Provide the order number and reason for return. If no reason, state "no reason".
Step 2: Hiu Yin Limited will provide a return authorization confirmation. Do not ship items without this confirmation.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. Write the order number on the outside of the package.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. However, local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. In such regions, the PayPal refund may take up to 30 days. Hiu Yin Limited complies with all applicable local laws. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The buyer bears all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. This 7-day period is strict and matches the Terms of Service. Non-Returnable Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging. All tags must be attached. Items that are not in original condition are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse. Hiu Yin Limited does not accept returns for items that fail to meet these conditions.
