Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of fineryswmy.com and the purchase of women's clothing from Hiu Yin Limited. By browsing fineryswmy.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use fineryswmy.com.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current contact information and to update it when it changes.
Product Descriptions and Availability
Hiu Yin Limited sells women's apparel. We make reasonable efforts to display garment colors, fabrics, and measurements accurately. Screen calibration and manufacturing variation can cause minor differences between images and delivered items. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any item at any time.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the item ships. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change before acceptance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping
Estimated delivery windows and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Title passes upon full payment. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receipt for a refund without providing a reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To start a return, contact [email protected] and provide your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, and damage. Original tags must remain attached. We may reduce or decline a refund if returned items fail these conditions.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item. The 14 days minimum applies to inspection, approval, and transmission of the refund instruction. Your bank or card issuer may add additional posting time after we transmit the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date we approve the return. Due to local laws in some regions, PayPal refunds in those regions may take up to 30 days. This extended period applies where regional financial regulations require additional settlement time. We transmit every refund instruction promptly, and the receipt of funds depends on PayPal and your regional banking rules.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The 7 days period begins on the delivery confirmation date. Contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted, and the item will be treated under the 14 days return policy instead. Approved damage claims are remedied by replacement or refund at our discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not place fraudulent orders, submit false damage claims, scrape fineryswmy.com, or interfere with its security features. We may suspend or close any account engaged in these activities.
Intellectual Property
All text, photography, graphics, and design elements on fineryswmy.com are owned by Hiu Yin Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Hiu Yin Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of fineryswmy.com or from any purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase on fineryswmy.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. This governing law provision applies regardless of your location.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms. The version published on fineryswmy.com at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of fineryswmy.com after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
